Job Title: Lead-Process Simulation (OTS)

As the Lead-Process Simulation (OTS) at Utthunga, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process simulation models for our clients. You will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to deliver high-quality process simulation solutions that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of process simulation models using industry-leading software and tools
- Collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to ensure that the OTS projects are delivered within agreed schedules as per Quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables (DCS integrated models) to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Provide technical expertise and support to our clients and engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation (dymamic model development,MAT, DCS integration, Pre FAT, FAT, SAT).
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in dynamic process simulation to continuously improve our offerings and maintain our competitive edge
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in process simulation

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in process simulation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects (Refinery units)
- Proficiency in industry-standard process simulation software and tools, such as UniSim, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar

- Proficiency in DCS integration (direct connect and emulated OTS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with clients
