Project Manager - Process Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the planning and implementation of following process engineering projects

- Process Simulation, OTS, APC, APM, Energy optimisation, Feasibility study and similar projects

- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met

- Monitor and track project progress, including budget management and resource allocation

- Routine Interaction with client for ongoing project reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project deliverables

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed

- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership

- Supporting Proposal and Estimations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in chemical engineering

- Proven experience (7-8 years) in project management, specifically in the field of simulations or modelling

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

- Knowledge of simulation software and technologies is a plus
