Tele Caller- Fundraiser

Key Responsibilities:

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage current and potential donors.

Discuss ongoing projects and share information about the NGOs initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, answer queries, and provide updates. Pitch effectively to encourage one-time or recurring donations.

Maintain donor records and feedback in the CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

Follow up with donors and ensure donor retention through thank-you messages and updates.

What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in a telecalling or fundraising role.

Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and resilient attitude.

Target-oriented individuals comfortable in a results-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
