Grants and Fundraising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant Research: Identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and private organizations.
• Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals and applications, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines and deadlines.
• Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with current and potential donors, providing regular updates and demonstrating the impact of their contributions.
• Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including events, online appeals, and major donor initiatives.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities, donor interactions, and grant applications.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue targets.
