Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage counselors and tele-callers for efficient lead conversion.
• Ensure maximum conversion of walk-ins into enrollments.
• Follow up with potential students to boost walk-in conversions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead engagement.
• Manage the entire sales funnel to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and report data through MIS and other management tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of sales operations and funnel management.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Experience with calling tools and lead management systems.
• Familiarity with civil services and state/central level exams.

Experience:

• Relevant hands-on experience in sales and counseling roles.
