Job Description

Objective:


To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by implementing marketing and sales

strategies and create a favorable image of the organization in the eyes of the customers and

industry.


Job Responsibilities:


Support in sales strategy:

> Provide Market feedback, help in forming strategy, stakeholder development strategy

( Be aware and provide competitor's strategy in Sales and Marketing )

> Attend induction, CTP Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes.

> Ensure ABM is prepared for inclinic discussions and coaching through detailing practice, proper understanding of strategy and product knowledge.

> Approve Campaign customers list as per the strategy.

> Assign targets depending upon the potential of HQ


Support in sales strategy:

> Provide Market Feedback to Managers,Marketing Team (P) & Trade Teams.

> Participate in Synergy Meeting with Trade Teams as per the decided plan.

> Ensure effective delivery of communication/messages to the concerned customers.

> Prepare Hospitals MIS and analyze the potential of the Hospitals to prepare

business plan.


Sales Management :

> Prepare SVL of right Customers, STP, MTP as per policy and send for approval to Sales Manager and meet SVL Customers as per approved frequency.

> Prepare list of Corporate Hospitals as per policy.

> Identify new Corporate Hospitals and recommend incorporating in SVL.

> Achieve assigned targets by implementing the strategies and using the inputs effectively, implement POA to bridge gap if any.

> Attend induction, Training Programs, Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes.

> Actively participate in joint calls.


Sales Management - Supply Chain:

> Carry out survey and record Market information.

>  Ensure availability of existing and new products.

>  Initiate process for discount to be provided to the CH.

>  Ensure timely settlement of the claims of the stockist.

>  Ensure liquidation of near expiry products.

>  Stockist management by ensuring sufficient stock as per market demand.

> Ensure streamlining of the authorized Stockist for CHB.


Reporting and Submission:

> Timely submission of DCR, MTP, Expense statement.

> Ensure SSS is sent by authorized stockists to Business Coordinator on or

before 2nd of every month.

> Fill review formats for review meetings within time lines for action plan.

> Submission of all documents and details as and when required.

> Timely submission of Tender and Quotation to CH.

Stakeholder Engagement:

> Conduct Hospital Workshops, CME and RTM as per the strategies.

> Ensure enrolment of HCP and Chemists in campaigns.

> Follow up of all Customers immediately after activities like CME/Workshops &

RTM etc.
