Site Reliability Engineer

Role Summary:

UST is seeking an SRE to support a leading US financial services firm. The role focuses on automation, cloud infrastructure (GCP), CI/CD, and operational excellence to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement preventive solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate provisioning with Terraform, Chef.
• CI/CD & Automation: Maintain and enhance pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement alerting solutions (ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
• Change & Compliance Management: Ensure ITIL adherence, security, and governance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with DevOps, ISMS, and business teams to optimize operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Cloud & Infrastructure: GCP (preferred), Kubernetes, EKS.
• Automation & Scripting: Terraform, Chef, Python, Bash.
• CI/CD & Monitoring: Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, ELK, CloudWatch.
• Networking & Security: load balancers, IAM policies, compliance frameworks.
• Database Management: RDS (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, backup & recovery.
