Job Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Indore. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients based in the United States. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles and a deep understanding of the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals for various technical roles, including developers, engineers, analysts, and architects.
• Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates for open positions.
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions, including job posting, candidate outreach, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles and job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the selection of the right candidates.
• Provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and new technologies to better source candidates.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and timelines.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on recruiting for IT positions.
• Strong understanding of the US IT job market and industry-specific technologies.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and other networking techniques.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and source candidates with the appropriate skill sets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of US visa processes (H1B, OPT, TN, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, etc.
• Experience with direct sourcing techniques, including passive candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers successfully.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of US-based work cultures and recruitment regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferably related to Human Resources, Business, or IT).
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US clients.
