Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  
• Coordinate spares management activities to ensure efficient inventory control and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  
• Oversee dealer management, including training, performance evaluation, and relationship building with distributors.
  
• Supervise warehouse operations to maintain accurate storage and handling of spare parts.
  
• Implement tat (time and task) management strategies to optimize service delivery times.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience in after sales service, dealer management, or related field.
  
• Diploma holder in Electrical or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proven track record of excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
