Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic number achievement plans.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met through relationship-driven approaches rather than direct enforcement.
  • Conducting sales vetting and market assessment during new hospital unit launches.

Product Launch & Training:

  • Ensuring seamless product launches by coordinating with hospital teams and stakeholders.
  • Conducting product orientation sessions and providing first-week handholding to shopfloor teams.
  • Continuously training new joinees and existing hospital staff to improve product familiarity and adoption.

Relationship Management

  • Building strong relationships with front office and pharmacy staff to address concerns and drive product adoption.
  • Engaging with clinical and non-billing staff to enhance product familiarity and operational efficiency.
  • Establishing rapport with doctors and medical teams, assessing their support levels, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with managerial and decision-making teams to provide structured reporting and business insights.
  • Coordinating with finance & accounts teams to ensure seamless transaction flows, resolve payment issues, and liaise with CA/auditors if needed.
  • Communicating key insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations to the Sales Head and leadership team.

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Gathering and analyzing key business data through relationship-driven intelligence rather than direct data collection.
  • Preparing and sharing daily reports on new center handholding progress.
  • Capturing and summarizing daily hospital insights through stakeholder interactions.
  • Submitting weekly/biweekly visit reports highlighting engagements, challenges, and key takeaways.
  • Compiling monthly business review (BR) reports to track achievements, challenges, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relationship-Driven Approach: Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, from frontline staff to senior management.
  • Business Acumen & Analytical Thinking: Strong number orientation with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Ability to achieve targets through planning and relationship management rather than direct enforcement.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Persuasive, articulate, and able to establish trust with key decision-makers.
  • Calm & Determined Personality: Can navigate complex situations while maintaining composure and focus.
  • Strong Reporting & Data Management Skills: Ability to extract and analyze business intelligence in a non-demanding manner.
