Data Analyst

1. Review user requirements document for analysis requirements

2. Work with business analytics team to identify data from multiple source systems

3. Develop design document/pseudo code where necessary based on complexity for sign-offs by the Business Analytics team

• This involves multiple representation of dashboard based on user/functional need (some teams will need further drill down)

4. Extract, transform data using Python from multiple systems using API, raw (CSV) file formats & Excel/Google sheets

5. Develop dashboards with web interface using DASH (or similar tools) with appropriate authentication and levels of access (role based)

6. Coordinate with IT/systems team for necessary hosting and automated data refresh with scheduled jobs

7. Integrate with Email/other communication tools (such as SLACK or WhatsApp)to automate report delivery - with focus on alerts.

8. Extend BI analysis with statistical or AI/ML modelling

1. Master s degree (preferably in Business Analytics) with strong programming experience (in python) besides standard BI Tools

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in Data Analytcis

1. Ability to learn and pick up a new language/tool/ platform quickly.

2. Conceptualize, design, and deliver high quality solutions and insightful analysis.

3. Conduct research (desired)and prototyping.

4. Knowledge of Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling,Lifetime Value

5. Knowledge of Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems

6. Comfortable with working in Agile way of development

7. Knowledge of SQL / other databases

8. Strong skills: for data visualization using python libraries like matplotlib, bokeh,Seaborn, Plotly, Plotly Dash etc

9. DESIRED : Geo-spatial visualization using python libraries like geopandas, folium,etc
