Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data evaluations to extract actionable intelligence, inform strategies, and advise executive decision-making
- Forge strong collaboration with various departmental teams to refine and uphold an effective analytics framework, guaranteeing data preciseness and reliability
- Skillfully craft and distribute reports and dashboards utilizing data visualization tools to effectively communicate significant data-driven insights
- Engage in continuous improvement activities, including occasional A/B testing, to enhance business processes and outcomes
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a corresponding discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Extensive experience in SQL and Python, along with commendable data analysis skills
- Nice to have some experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and A/B testing
- Innate ability to resolve complex issues independently and take on substantial project management
- Outstanding communication prowess, both verbal and written, with the talent to simplify complex data for a broad audience range
- Fluent in English
