Job Description
- Collect, organize, and process large datasets from various sources
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases
- Perform statistical analyses, create and automate data visualizations to support business decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights
- Develop and implement data quality checks and ensure the accuracy of data
- Continuously improve and optimize data systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to build microservices and products
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business intelligence
- Generate insights and provide recommendations to drive business decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies related to data analysis, engineering, and product development
- The person should have been in leadership role but can still drive the projects as an individual contributor
- Can think both tech and business to work as a bridge between tech and investment teams (should process the data pipeline and be able to extract business insights from it to discuss with the leadership)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge of SQL
- Experience working on cloud platforms
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI
- Nice to have some knowledge of Python/R and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
