- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services & Delivery professional specializing in recruitment for NTT Data.

- This role will focus on managing recruitment projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality talent acquisition services tailored to the needs of NTT Data.

- The ideal candidate will have strong client management abilities, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and proven experience in delivering recruitment solutions for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NTT Data stakeholders, ensuring recruitment needs are clearly understood and addressed.

- Recruitment Delivery: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various roles within NTT Data.

- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for NTT Data's recruitment needs, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or challenges.

- Service Quality & Performance: Ensure that all recruitment services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards set by NTT Data.

- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to candidate delivery, such as delays or mismatches, ensuring client satisfaction is upheld.

- Process Improvement: Regularly assess recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback and internal performance metrics.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a seamless delivery of talent and services to NTT Data.

- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reporting on recruitment performance, metrics, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and client services, with a proven track record of managing and delivering recruitment solutions for large clients.

- Experience working with NTT Data or in the IT/consulting industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques across various roles, especially within IT staffing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

- Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex recruitment challenges.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with recruitment in the technology or consulting sectors.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Project management experience or certification.
