Manager - Global Recruitment Operations

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing people, processes, and day-to-day operations that drive global recruiting strategies. You will serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecasting capacity utilization, facilitating a smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems. Additionally, you will lead the operational team, demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable for change management, be proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and individuals. You will ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching, implement training and development plans and succession planning, and overall have effective people, process, and technology management.
