Responsibilities: As a Resource Manager your responsibilities include:
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages
Manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Employ Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
Regular follow up with the candidate from first Contact till the offer letter to the candidate.
Manage the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that assisting in identification & establishment of new clients.
Come up with new strategies to achieve targets as per the market trends
Attend industry related conferences and meetings.
Reporting on daily/ weekly basis
Interact with clients whenever needed
Responsible for quick turnaround on submissions
Responsible for quality submissions
Be up-to- date on IT technologies and trends in IT Industry
Strictly adhere to the submission process and targets.
Coordinate and facilitate with other departments to achieve companies vision
