Desired Profile--
Managing projects of US Healthcare (Claim Adjudication, Insurance).
Experience in US Health Plan domain, well versed with all the Healthcare industry elements like Payer, Provider, and Administrators etc.
Leading and developing a team to ensure departmental delivery of results by providing motivation, engagement, coaching, support and clear direction via respective functional Team Leaders
Responsible for career pathing and succession planning for team members. Identify potential top performers and create a career road-map.
Design and implement continues improvement projects. Drive innovative ideas from the team, validate feasibility and implementation of projects.
