We are looking to transform the gardening industry by solving its biggest problems- limited availability of gardening products online and the inability to deliver plants fresh and healthy due to long transits.


Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure smooth logistical operations, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations within the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient and safe handling of products.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing regular audits.
• Organize and supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and track stock movements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff for productivity and efficiency.
• Assign tasks and provide necessary training for warehouse workers.
• Resolve operational or personnel issues promptly.

Logistics & Supply Chain Support:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and vendors for deliveries and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, operational efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
• Assist in identifying and recommending operational improvements.

Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
