Role Overview:

As a Growth Manager - Operations at Urvann, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and operational functions. This role is designed to fast-track you into a leadership position, providing hands-on exposure to daily operations, strategic planning, and process optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Manage daily operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless and timely deliveries, while collaborating with vendors and partners to maintain a smooth supply chain process.

Process Improvement:

Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times, while driving process automation wherever feasible.

Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance, prepare insightful reports for management review, and leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, customer service, and marketing teams to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors / Master degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
