Objective:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Accounts and Finance in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing Accounting activity, conducting analytical tasks, preparing MIS reports, and budgeting for various projects within the organization. Ownership of company books of accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and local statutory laws.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Finalization of Accounts, handling end to end all Balance Sheet related activities

- Hands on in preparing financials for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and well versed with Provision of IND AS

- Hands on experience for financial reporting, accounting, and auditing

- Coordination and Completion of Tax Audit and Statutory Audit.

- Adherence to IND AS, Accounting Standards, Guidance Notes & internal controls.

- Review of related party agreements & advice on tax strategies.

- Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements

- Preparing various MIS reports

Desirable Skills and Qualifications :

- CA with ~5-6+ years of experience in handling of Finalisation of Accounts (Real Estate Industry exposure preferred), Merger and Amalgamation.

- Proficient knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts & allied activities

- Analytical Skills & solution-oriented mind-set

- Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act etc.

- Expert knowledge of MS office/Excel

- Experience of Working in SAP/ERP environment

- Excellent Attitude and Go Getter.
