Job Overview:

Urban Hive India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Finance Manager with a strong accounting and finance background to oversee financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Tally, TDS returns, and finance management within a dynamic business environment. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and adept at ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

- Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

- Manage TDS returns and ensure timely filing of all statutory tax payments.

- Use Tally software to maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reporting.

- Assist in budget planning, cash flow management, and forecasting to support business decision-making.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in financial records and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or CA/CPA preferred).

- 3-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with proven expertise in Tally, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and TDS returns.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
