Front Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests
• Handle guest queries and concerns at the reception desk, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information
• Hotel & flight ticket booking
• Stationery / Courier management
• Vendor management
• Keeping stock of Toiletries & Pantry materials
• Maintaining Birthday calendars
• Booking Board room for meetings scheduled

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Proficiency in receptionist activities, including guest handling and servicing
• Real estate experience preferred
