Job Description: Account Manager - Enterprise Customers (North - Delhi / Chandigarh)
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our enterprise customer base in the North India region, focusing on Delhi/Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within large manufacturing industries, such as steel, cement, pharma, chemical, and other process industries. The role involves pitching solutions to key decision-makers, including CXOs (Chief Manufacturing Officers, Manufacturing Directors, Chief Digital Officers, CEOs, Maintenance Managers, and Owners). You will focus on acquiring new customers while scaling and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand the organizational structure of each account and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategically pitch value propositions to CXOs and other key influencers in the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with solution engineering teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving customer expansion.
- Develop tailored proposals for various stakeholders during the evaluation phase.
- Conduct regular client visits to mature deals and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in account management or customer success roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proven ability to conduct CXO-level meetings and showcase value-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to articulate them clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
