Role Overview Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect (Data & AI) to lead and drive our data-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and data solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance architectures that leverage modern technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end data and AI solutions that address business challenges and optimize decision-making.
• Define and implement best practices for data architecture, data governance, and AI model deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-impact AI-driven applications.
• Lead the integration of AI models with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies in data platforms, AI frameworks, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation.
• Guide teams in adopting advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models for predictive insights and automation.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and data-driven improvements within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing data and AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and automation.
• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala (preferred).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical conversations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Experience with generative AI.
• Background in developing AI-driven analytics solutions for enterprises.
• Experience with Graph RAG, Building AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems
• Additional certifications in AI/GenAI is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills are expected.

• 1st Technical Round with the Director of Engineering
• 2nd Technical Round with the Solution Architect
• 3rd - CEO round - technical
