Role Overview Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide support and enhancements to our Dynamics CRM application
* Designing, building, and implementing solutions to real-world business problems using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft suite of tools
* Customizing Dynamics 365 to meet our business and our client''s needs
* Developing both Model-driven and Canvas Apps
* Building automation using Power Automate
* Meeting client''s technical and functional needs
* Staying abreast of developments and new features in the Power Platform
* Work with the Project Manager to manage the backlog for the CRM solution

SKILLS:
* Experience in one or more of the Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
* Programming skills (e.g.: HTML, CSS, Jquery, C# .Net, JavaScript, React, etc.)
* Experience with the Dynamics 365 SDK
* Experience with developing on Microsoft Azure
* Experience working with APIs and database
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
