JOB SUMMARY:

UPL is seeking a Demand and Supply planning personal to manage commercial operations timely, efficiently, and cost effectively.

He will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory

flow, developing forecast models. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess

excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced

mathematical and forecasting policies & be able to manage the end-to-end role from forecasting to order execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with production team for on time dispatch of Customers open orders.
• Weekly follow up with logistics team for respective month shipments.
• Follow up for payment and taking approval for container release
• Providing the monthly estimate report to the region for the dispatches for affiliates & direct customers after analyzing the supply commits & logistics plans.
• Maintenance of timely communication & Order Book Hygiene
• Attending weekly call with regional and sales team, update them on weekly supply.
• Follow up with regions for registration copies and give to regulatory team.
• Follow up with region for pre-shipment documents confirmation.
• Maintenance of correct Artwork in orders and communicate further for production.
• Weekly basis reviewing on OTIF report and workout for miss orders for respective months.
• Sending monthly OTIF report to all regions & management.
• Monitor and report on Forecast Vs Open Sos, follow up for orders with regional team.
• Periodic monitoring of sales of planned sales vs actual sales in business; creating dashboards with sales & internal teams to monitor progress and take corrective actions if/where needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Complaints should be logged & ensure strict turnaround time framework for addressing and resolving the customer complaints
