Responsibilities

 

 

• Should have understanding of legal protection and proprietary law.
• Support and file trademark, patent and copyright applications with relevant regions globally.
• Works with appropriate partners (in-house legal team, outside law firms, outsourced analysts, etc.) to take support on IP issues, as needed
• The organizational skills to work alone, manage your own workload, juggle multiple projects and complete tasks to deadlines
• Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
• Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as confirmation letters and contracts
• Obtain affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court
• Help region with tasks such as taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts
• Call clients, witnesses, lawyers, and others to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions

 

                       

Experience :

Qualifications :

  

• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Experience in managing Legal Desk, data management and organizing data

Preferably bachelor’s degree in law or a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, LLM (IP)
