Role: Specialist Patent Litigation and Business Intelligence

Purpose of the Role:

• Prior art searches and IP due diligence
• Patent opposition
• IP enforcement to maintain competitive edge
• Patent Invalidation to create early launch opportunity
• Business Intelligence

Job Responsibilities:

• Invalidity analysis of competitor patents, Preparing defenses
• Analysis of prior arts. Arguments for patent Opposition
• Preparing arguments during litigation, timely completion of requirements of IP litigations
• Competitor Intelligence

Required Education and Experience:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in IPR
• M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutics)/ M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
• Registered Patent Agent will be an added advantage
• Exposure to Global Patent Litigation.
• Experience to conduct Freedom to Operate and Pre-screening of various technology in the field of agriculture.
• Should have good communication skill set to work with outside counsel and with the marketing team.
