Job Role : Intellectual Property Management & Review of Tech Packs of CRD

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing IP assessment CRD & Formulation.
• Review of Technical Documents of CRD.
• Review of Tech Packs of CRD for submission to RA.
• IP Assessment of API/intermediates and Formulations.
• Review of Tech Packs of CRD for submission to RA.
• Patent related customer query from Regulatory/Marketing Dept.
• Drafting of patent applications/Responding to the examination reports.
• Patent status for new/pipeline molecules (CRD/Medical/Formulation departments)
• Literature / Patentability + FTO search
• Suggestion of new routes/modifications to avoid infringement.
• Management of solid/liquid waste generated in CRD.
• Creating and enforcing SOPs related to TDR/Laboratory practices.
• Conducting Lab Audits with respect to GLP and safety criteria.
