Key Responsibilities

--Design and develop AI/ML models to analyze complex clinical trial data, including compound screening and trial outcomes.

-- Create predictive models for research timeline optimization

-- Implement natural language processing solutions for processing research documentation and scientific literature

-- Collaborate with clinical research teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Desired Candidate:

- Fresher / 3+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 years in pharmaceutical industry

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Proficiency in working with large-scale research datasets

- Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations regarding AI in drug development

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and clinical research methodologies
