Associate Lead - Tech Strategy

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Lead / Specialist – Tech Strategy with a strong background in Engineering and an MBA from a premier B School.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of work experience and have a strong tech acumen, who is eager to collaborate to scale up products and solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. (Preferably CS)
• MBA from a premier B School.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product development or management.
• Proven track record of scaling up products and solutions successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Collaborate on the development and scaling of innovative products and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on driving digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
• Identify and implement strategies for product optimization and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and how to leverage them for product innovation.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
