We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Growth Associate to join our Growth Department. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing sustainable partnerships with various brands. Preferred candidate profile

• Research and Identify Potential Partners: Conduct market research to identify potential organizations, corporate partners, and industry associations that align with upGrad's target audience.
• Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective partners through emails, calls, and meetings. Assist in presenting upGrads value proposition and partnership benefits.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze partnership performance data, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to the Growth team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns aimed at promoting and strengthening partnerships.
