Legal Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of agreements.
• Track and process agreements on the contract management tool and uploading and

maintenance of repository.

• Responsible for coordinating with various teams and ensuring tasks given are completed.
• Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the

conclusion of all activity.

• Maintain and update MIS for all the legal agreements.
• Tracking expiry of the agreements and intimating the respective stakeholders about the same
• Completing paperwork & filing documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with minimum 2-3 year of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High level energy and Patience, Timely response and Quick Learner
• Problem solving approach
• Should be able to work independently
