Legal Associate

Job Description for legal profile having 2-4 years experience

1. Drafting and vetting of master service agreement, memorandum of understanding, sale deed, lease deed, letters, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, marketing agency agreement and civil contracts.

2. Knowledge and experience in handling matters related to CSR Laws, Trademarks & Copyright Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory enactments.

3. Liasoning with external advocates and counsel with relation to the pending legal cases for group entities.

4. Coordination and negotiation with various external contractors, service provider and vendors for effective closure of agreements and legal contracts.

5. Maintenance of legal records and experience in working on contract management tools.

6. To advise the management and the different department of the organization on various legal compliances.

7. Contract lifecycle management experience is mandatory. The candidate should be able to handle contract independently.

8. Candidate should have excellent knowledge of preparing and managing legal documentation.
