Job Description
- As the SAP Security GRC Manager at Upfield, you'll lead the strategic oversight of SAP Security operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
- you'll manage SAP Authorization concepts, roles, and user administration across diverse SAP platforms like S4 HANA, FIORI, and GRC
- Collaborating with IT leads and external vendors, you'll drive automation initiatives and lead critical upgrade projects
- Your role includes implementing IT General Controls and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) to maintain compliance and security
- This position demands strong governance skills, a deep understanding of SAP landscapes, and the ability to guide security projects from concept to execution
So, what does it take to be successful in this role
- Expertise in SAP Security: Deep knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts, roles, and user administration across various SAP platforms, including S4 HANA and GRC.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to manage and drive SAP security projects and automation initiatives, ensuring compliance with Upfield s global standards.
- Governance & Compliance Skills: Strong understanding of IT General Controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and IT audit requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining these controls.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Effective collaboration with internal IT leads and external vendors, overseeing SAP Security activities and participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
