Commercial Finance Manager

About the position

In this role, reporting to AMEA Regional CFO, you will have a focus on driving Business Delivery and Performance Management, supporting the Regional Team with budget management, forecasting, annual planning, IVCP (Integrated Value Creation Plan) strategy, delivery of regional Must Win Battles, dynamic resource allocations, ad-hoc analyses etc. On all aspects, you work as the link between local finance teams, regional Leadership Team and Global Functions.

In terms of Business Delivery and Performance Management you have a strong focus on the development of analytics and insights to drive business performance and informed pricing, investment and innovation decisions. You are responsible for the performance reporting (trend analysis, mission tracking, business cases, tracking of the innovation at regional level).

In your role, you are pioneering in developing improved performance tools and reports. You are the finance representative of the Regional Team, you respond to ad-hoc business requests related to value-adding analyses and you drive the right performance management standards within the AMEA Market Units.

Next to delivering the commercial analysis, reporting and management information, you are actively working on change management and the coordination of change management programs (i.e. system upgrade / implementation / rollout, business simulation, testing).

You are a highly analytical, organized and structured person with a proven ability to exceed and deliver in stretching timelines. You bring a strong academic record with a passion for business and an Accounting or Controlling qualification with a solid reporting and control skill set. It is a prerequisite to have commercial business partnering experience within FMCG and proven ability to deliver results;

You have solid experience in partnering all ranks stakeholders in a complex matrix organization (General Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing, SC, Strategy), strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical finance & data into understandable business insights.
