Process Lead - Procure To Pay

Role & responsibilities

You will be a key team member of the Purchase to Pay operations within the Finance Shared Service at Flora Food Group, working with a high performing and competitive team and a team of 35+ professionals within BPO. You will advise business and drive governance with our market, regional and global leadership to deliver on-time services ensuring quality, control, compliance, and cost effectiveness.

This role will report to the Global P2P Manager based in Bengaluru. Job Purpose The purpose of the team is to efficiently manage day-to-day operations as per the agreed Target Operating Model and RACI matrix. In this 3-tier model, the team plays a pivotal role in managing the process along with internal/external stakeholders and driving continuous improvement to achieve the best outcome for the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with BPO Manager to develop a strong team driving performance and efficient operations.

• Improve KPIs, controls and policy compliance by working with stakeholders within our business and BPO partner.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives along with BPO partner and other stakeholders. • Ensure process documentation including roles & responsibilities, process flows are up to date. • Act as process expert to assess change requests by foreseeing its impact on people, process, and technology.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with Global Process Owner, Procurement (Buyers), Procurement Excellence, Finance Controllers and Finance Heads.
• Collaborate with multiple functions within the organizations like Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Treasury, Tax, Master Data Management, IT and other FSS towers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a related field from an accredited college/university.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience and knowledge in Procure to Pay. • 2+ years of experience in team and BPO partner management.

• Deep knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, and Roles & authorization) and Purchase to Pay tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Strong end to end process optimization mindset.

• Experience in a company with global footprint and matrix structure is a big plus
