Job Title: SAP Security GRC Manager

Job Description:

Upfield is seeking a highly skilled SAP Security GRC Manager with minimum 5 years of experience to take on a Service Owner role. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and service governance capabilities. This role involves ensuring that the design, configuration, and development work carried out by vendor partners aligns with Upfield s global processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal IT leads, to supervise external vendors on SAP Security activities, especially concerning production support.
• Independently drive automation and upgrade projects within the SAP Security domain.
• Implement and coordinate IT General Controls and best practices within the SAP environment.
• Align and participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) calls, focusing on the release and change management process.

SAP Security & GRC Expertise:

• Manage SAP Authorization concepts, roles, and activity groups, and oversee user administration across various SAP platform solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of IT General Controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and IT audit compliance within the SAP environment.
• Develop and provide comprehensive SAP reports as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of SAP landscape and architectural patterns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of different user and role types, SAP Authorization concepts, roles, activity groups, and user administration.
• Experience with SAP Security across at least four SAP applications (e.g., S4 HANA, HANA DB Security, BI, GRC, BOBJ, BPC, CRM, SRM, SAP Clouds & SAAS Applications).
• Familiarity with SAPs new dimension products, such as S4 HANA, FIORI, IDM, GRC Process Control, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, SAP Cloud Foundry, and SAP Ariba.

Project Management:

• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience, with a preference for GRC implementation experience.
• Ability to drive and manage security projects, ensuring alignment with Upfields global standards and processes.

Governance & Compliance:

• Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and IT audit requirements.
• Knowledge of ITIL and integration processes is highly desirable.
