Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation & Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and target clients in the facility management industry.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve set targets and increase revenue.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored facility management solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline and track progress through CRM tools.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and offerings in the facility management space.
• Proposal & Contract Management:
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients in coordination with legal and operations teams.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and providing timely solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales cycle and post-sales.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:
  
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in facility management or a related industry.
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Skills:
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and present complex facility management services to clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education:
  
• A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
