Technical Manager/Facility Manager

1. Electrical Systems:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of 66/33KV HT & LT Panels and associated

systems.

• Manage DG sets operations, maintenance, and deployment of operators.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and safety protocols.

2. Mechanical Systems:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including:
• HVAC Systems (AHUs, Water-Cooled Systems, Cooling Towers, Pumps, FCU,

CSU, Split AC, VRF Unit, Cassette Unit)

• Water Treatment Plants (PSF, ACF, RO Plant, UF, Softeners, etc.)
• Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

3. Fire Safety:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of fire systems, including fire pumps,

engines, and extinguishers.

• Ensure inventory management, statutory compliance, and proper signage

installation.

• Conduct regular audits and third-party inspections as required.

4. Water Supply & Plumbing:

• Manage borewell operations and pump room machinery.
• Monitor water quality and ensure it meets specified parameters.

5. Lifts and Elevators:

• Conduct daily inspections as per checklists.
• Manage AMC services and third-party audits.

6. Lighting & Civil Maintenance:

• Maintain tower lighting, streetlights, panels, shafts, and aviation lights.
• Oversee civil maintenance tasks, including Airport Land Side Operations and Air Side

Operations, sliding doors, and gates.

7. Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of up to 200 personnel, including deployment, training, and

performance evaluation.

• Prepare duty rosters and ensure efficient manpower utilization.

8. Energy Optimization:

• Focus on energy-saving opportunities and suggest optimization strategies.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, specific power consumption, and resource utilization.

9. Project Execution:

• Plan and execute projects related to system modifications, installations, and

upgrades.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for AMC services and validate their

work.

10. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and manage site-related reports, MIS reports, and KPI-based operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for efficient documentation

and presentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (Minimum 12 years of experience).
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 15 years of experience).

Experience:

• Proven expertise in utility equipment operation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, safety protocols, and major shutdown

activities.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong focus on safety, energy efficiency, and operational excellence
