Senior Operation Executive

• Manage and optimize the demand fulfillment cycle (Purchase Request → Purchase Orders → Goods Receipt Note).
• Oversee the vendor management process, including onboarding, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
• Handle vendor payment management, ensuring smooth coordination between Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments like Operations, Finance, and Procurement.
• Monitor and manage the payment cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and present reports and insights using Excel and PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders. Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3 - 4 Years Experience in logistics, vendor management, and payment cycles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise cross-functionally with different departments.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics will be a plus.
