Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar industry / Manpower outsourcing company

Skill: MS Office / Excel (Expertise is must)

Language: Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage

Key: Maintaining Confidentiality, Responsible & accountable in Nature, Should have consistency in his past work tenure

Job Description:

• Sourcing of Tenders (Newspaper / Subscribed Portals / Registered websites)
• Knowledge in handling Government Tender Portals & GEM
• Preparation & Submission of Tenders / RFP/RFI/Commercials (Synopsis/ Commercial preparation, submission of tenders through e procurement, GEM portals etc )
• Managing Timelines adhering the Business Process
• Using & Managing the reports and data through the company given applications
• Preparation of Power Point Presentation for Clients
• Maintaining Reports From Sourcing to Result of every Tender / RFP/ Commercials submitted with the clients
• Leading the Team & Work Allocation
• Lead Review meetings
• Managing Supplier Procurement Portals and Handling Reverse auction
• EMD/ Security Deposit Followup
• Managing Folders and maintaining Database / Repository of Common Key information required for Bids & Proposal team
