Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lectures

• Teach foundational concepts of front office operations, including customer service, communication, and professional etiquette.
• Cover essential topics like handling inquiries, managing reservations, and office administration.

Lead Practical Training Sessions in

• Effective communication and customer interaction.
• Reservation and billing systems, call handling, and record management.
• Use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for administrative tasks

Student Assessment

• Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve their technical and practical skills.

Individual Student Support

• Offer personalized assistance to students facing learning challenges.
• Create tailored learning plans for diverse skill levels.

Industry Trends & Updates

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in front office and customer service roles.
• Incorporate industry practices into the training curriculum to ensure relevance.

Career Readiness

• Prepare students to meet the demands of the workforce through soft skills training, interview preparation, and real-world case studies

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (Preferably in Hotel Management or Business Administration)

Experience:

• Professional experience in front office operations or customer service roles.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
