Lead System Engineer

Role & responsibility:

• Lead System Engineering for Switch vertical.
• Work with Customer and actively involved in RFQ along with other stakeholders and capture all requirements of product (HW, SW & Mechanical) and lead all customer technical sign offs. Actively involved in technical review and guide Team as and when needed.
• Lead System/Product DFMEA process to ensure all above requirements are captured and product is developed first time right (FTR).
• Actively involved in System Validation of product ensuring all requirements are captured. Should have good understanding of standards and testing methodology applicable to Automotive Switch products.
• Project Planning and execution leadership. Co-ordinating with HW , SW and Mechanical to meet system level deliverables.
• Adhering to Minda product development processes and management reporting of related projects. Highlighting project related risks as appropriate time.
• Working on customer strategy with the business and marketing team.
• Should Have knowledge of APQP and PPAP Documentation
• Should have sound technical knowledge of different types of Switch Technology used in Automotive. Should have good understanding of latest technology trends and developments in Switch Technology like touch switches, gesture switches etc
