Lead Structural Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of structural engineering design, and hands-on experience in managing complex projects. This role will focus on leading structural engineers, overseeing project management, and providing expertise in connection designs with strong knowledge of AISC codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers, ensuring high standards of design and timely project delivery.
• Project Management: Manage structural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications are met.
• Structural Design & Analysis: Oversee and provide guidance on the design and analysis of structural systems, with a focus on steel structures and connection designs.
• AISC Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of AISC codes and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimal design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including detailing and fabrication, to ensure design intent is accurately implemented in final designs.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any technical queries.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure that all engineering reports, calculations, and project documentation are completed to the highest standards.

Educational Qualification:

• B.tech/B.E. in Structural or Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Advanced Project Delivery (APD) and managing project timelines.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling or detailing software (e.g., Tekla)
