Job Description: -

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recovery Executive located in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work.

The Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing and implementing 2-Wheeler Recovery, strategies & communicate with riders to Take Repossession of the Vehicle within the assigned Vin city with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the Recovery Executive will analysis data and trends to optimize recovery processes.

Key Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in loan recovery, collections, or related financial services

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the lending industry

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

• Graduate/ITI/Diploma.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems.

• Experience in Recovery Industry.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
