This could include filing lawsuits or working with external legal counsel.Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) in the United States. Ensure that all debt recovery activities comply with these regulations.
