Key Responsibilities.

Digital transformation project manager leads the planning and implementation of digital projects in Engineering Function, ensuring they align with business goals and client needs.

Their responsibilities include: Project planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress.

Communication: Communicating with clients, stakeholders, team leadership, and members.

Risk management: Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

Quality assurance: Reviewing project deliverables and providing constructive feedback.

Post-project evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.

Cultural change: Managing the cultural and organizational changes that accompany digital transformation.

Compliance: Ensuring that all digital transformation initiatives comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Digital literacy: Developing and implementing a digital literacy program, and facilitating workshops to educate employees.

Innovation: Fostering innovation and monitoring success.

Digital transformation project managers work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that long-term objectives are met.

They also coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

Tools Proficiency: Well Versed in JIRA, MS Projects, Power Automate Workflow tools.

Experience: 12-15 years of Experience in IT/ Consulting Industry /Manufacturing.

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or digital marketing.

Project management experience, handling transformation team, Technical skills: Experience with project management software, and good understanding of content management system.

Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Leadership skills: Demonstrated leadership skills.
