Role & responsibilities

Maintain Customer Relationship

Maintain Enquiry data base and status of quotation

Prepare quotation

Negotiation and acquisition of order

Maintain enough order to load the factory for 3 months at any point of time

Preparing Dispatch & Production Plan

Coordination with various agencies for assuring smooth execution of order

Monitoring receivables and collection on time

Preparing MIS Report and review on regular basis

Handling customer complaint and resolving it

Working with customers for future orders /Forecast / New expansion Plan

Exploring New Market , new customers

Prepare annual sales plan /Budget

Visit customers on regular basis

Working for promotional marketing

Website & Brochures updating on regular basis

Complete Planning of Exhibitions

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent in English Speaking & Excellent Communication

Graduate from Any Field

Minimum 20 Yrs experience in Manufacturing Industries, At least 5 yrs of Export Sales

Exposure to Foreign Travel and wiling to travel

Experience in leading minimum 5 members
