Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of MIS, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  
• Coordinate with various branches to gather data for monthly reports.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced excel skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to MIS operations.
  
• Provide support in implementing new systems or processes within the department.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BFSI industry.
  
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of MIS principles and practices.
